Self-Care

Self care is a holistic approach to nurturing your mental, emotional, and physical health. It involves taking deliberate actions to prioritize your well-being and establish healthy habits that support your overall health and happiness. This includes things like getting enough sleep, eating well, staying active, and practicing relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga. It also means setting boundaries and saying no when you need to, seeking support from friends and family when you need it, and making time for activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

Self care is an ongoing process that requires self-reflection, self-awareness, and a commitment to making positive changes in your life. By prioritizing self care, you can improve your overall quality of life and cultivate a greater sense of balance, resilience, and inner peace.

One particular goal of mine has been to be more intentional about my time, by taking moments of silence and days off from my hectic work schedule. My energy is currency and should not be wasted.
